Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Chic Cuddles order. If you need to return an item, please read the information below.


Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached
  • Items must be free from marks, stains, odours, or damage


Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return


We will confirm return approval and provide return instructions.


Return Postage

 

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit



Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, and we are satisfied that it meets our return conditions:


  • A refund will be issued for the returned item(s)
  • The original shipping charge will also be refunded
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method


Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Items Not Eligible for Refund


Refunds may be refused if:

  • Items show signs of wear or washing
  • Items are returned outside the 14-day return window
  • Items are returned damaged or incomplete


In these cases, the item may be returned to the customer.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve this promptly.


Republic of Ireland Returns

 

Returns from the Republic of Ireland are accepted under the same terms.

Return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
